Treatments
Four specialist areas, plus the general ENT conditions Mr Bidaye treats alongside them. Start with whichever sounds closest to what you are dealing with.

Where Mr Bidaye can help
Voice & Larynx
For a hoarse voice that has not settled, vocal cord problems, or a voice that gives out by the end of the working day. Much can be assessed, and selected conditions treated, in clinic under local anaesthetic.
- Hoarse voice
- Vocal cord paralysis
- Voice box cancer
- Strained or shaky voice
Thyroid & Parathyroid
For a lump on the thyroid, a swollen neck, pressure when swallowing, or high calcium. Where surgery is needed, the nerve that controls the voice is monitored during the operation, where clinically appropriate.
- Lump on the thyroid
- Enlarged thyroid
- Thyroid cancer
- High calcium
Head & Neck
For a lump in the neck, glands that have not gone back down, or a swelling near the jaw. Ultrasound and biopsy are arranged through radiology following your initial consultation.
- Lump in the neck
- Swollen glands
- Salivary gland tumour
- Throat & mouth cancer
Swallowing
For food that sticks, coughing at mealtimes, or a persistent lump-in-the-throat feeling. A camera swallow test in clinic can help show where the problem may lie.
- Trouble swallowing
- Lump in the throat
- Choking on food
- Pharyngeal pouch
Adult General ENT
The nose, sinuses, tonsils and ears, treated alongside the specialist work. Where a condition genuinely needs a different subspecialist, Mr Bidaye will say so and refer on.

- Tonsillitis
- Snoring
